Pricing Structure

This number includes the renter.

1-5 People - $80/hr

6-10 people - $100/hr

11+ people - $120/hr

***After-hours (9pm-6am) is at a 1.5 pricing. Email to inquire.***

Be Advised:

Set up and clean up is included in the time you reserved. You will be expected to leave the space on time at the end of your rental to allow the next client to start on time. Additional time required outside of your rental time will be an additional charge.

Located on the second floor, the Loft and bathroom are accessible via a staircase or a freight elevator for easy loading of gear, products, and wardrobe. (NOT wheelchair accesible)

There is ample free on-site parking, and blackout options are available for more controlled lighting.

Damages to the studio will result in extra charges to cover damages caused.

We do not allow use of confetti, glitter, gender reveal powder cannons and other similar props.
